Which watches work with AiCarer Complete?

AiCarer Complete works with compatible Garmin watches and with Samsung watches running Wear OS 6 or later (Wear OS 6+). Older Samsung watches, and watches from other brands such as Apple Watch or Fitbit, are not supported. If you are unsure, use the search below or email support@aicarer.com.au before you buy or begin setup.

Check if your Garmin watch works

Type your watch name, for example Venu 3, or the product number printed on the back of the watch, for example 4260. You can also find the product number in the Garmin Connect app under your device details.

Samsung watches (Wear OS 6+)

Samsung watches must be running Wear OS 6 or later (Wear OS 6+). This includes recent Galaxy Watch models that have been updated to Wear OS 6. You can check the software version in the Galaxy Wearable app on the phone, under your watch's software information.

With Samsung watches, an LTE (eSIM) model can be chosen so the watch keeps working when it is away from the phone. This is helpful for people who are not in the habit of carrying their mobile with them.

What a supported watch adds

What the watch does	Why it matters
Heart rate and heart rate variability	Helps AiCarer learn what is normal and notice when readings sit outside the usual range.
Breathing rate and blood oxygen (where supported)	Adds extra context to wellness checks and reports.
Sleep tracking	Shows sleep patterns over time, which often change before other signs appear.
Steps and activity	Shows day to day movement, and flags unusually quiet days.
Fall and incident signals	Supports alerts when something looks like a fall or sudden change.
Alert button on the wrist	Lets the person call for help without needing to find their phone.
Stress and body battery style measures (Garmin)	Adds richer context to the weekly wellness report.

Not every watch supports every measurement. Newer models generally collect more information, but any watch on the list above will work with AiCarer Complete.

Pairing your watch

Pair the watch with the phone using the manufacturer's own app first — Garmin Connect for Garmin watches, or Galaxy Wearable for Samsung watches (Wear OS 6+). Once the watch shows as connected there, you can connect it during AiCarer setup.
